The real cost of applying is the form, not the decision
Deciding to apply takes minutes. Typing the same employment history into the fourth different applicant tracking system this week, re-uploading the same CV, answering “earliest start date” and “salary expectations” again — that is where the evening goes. It is mechanical work, and mechanical work is what software should do.
What it fills — and how you can check it
When you open an application form, JobWin maps each field to your data and fills it:
- Personal and contact details, work history, education and languages from your profile.
- Your CV and, where the form has a cover-letter text field, your saved cover-letter template with the company, job title and location of this job filled in.
- Screening questions you have answered before — notice period, salary expectations, work authorisation — from your saved answers.
- A source next to every value, so you can see why a field says what it says before you send it.
Empty is better than invented
If a field asks for something that is not in your profile, your CV or your saved answers, JobWin leaves it empty and lists it, instead of guessing. A plausible-looking wrong answer on a job application is worse than a blank you notice. You fill the gap once, and the answer is saved for next time.
Where it works
Open applicant tracking systems — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Personio, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Join and more — are ordinary forms on the open web, and filling them works the way browser autofill does, only with far more context.
Large enterprise portals such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Taleo are long, multi-step and often fragile. There JobWin works in assisted mode: it fills what it can while you are on the page, and you stay in charge of every step.
Job boards like LinkedIn, StepStone and Xing are handled only inside your own browser session. JobWin never logs in to them from a server and never asks for those passwords.
Your accounts, your pace, your click
Nothing is sent until you send it. Automatic submission ships switched off — you would have to turn it on yourself. Pacing is human and daily limits apply on every plan, because the accounts you apply from are worth more than any number of rushed applications.
