Operations Manager, CCA

Support regional commercial operations by ensuring efficient sales processes, high-quality CRM data, and smooth coordination across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to keep operations accurate, organized, and scalable.

What You'll Do

Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting

Maintain contacts, accounts, and opportunity data

Coordinate operations across KZ, UZ, GE, and AZ

Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals

Manage expenses, invoices, and operational documentation

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions

Improve operational processes and reporting

Who You Are

3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.).

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership.

Experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting multi-country operations.

Knowledge of expense or procurement processes.

Experience with workflow automation or AI tools.

Background in technology or consulting companies.
