• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or M.Com.
• Sound accounting knowledge.
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
• Flexible to work in all shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Efficient query management and resolution as per process guidelines.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor based on materiality and complexity.
• Prepare process-related reports.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, including escalated query handling.
• Resolve queries involving inter-team dependencies (e.g., invoice status, payments).
• Handle high-value billing and other priority transactions with urgency.
• Accurately update daily count sheets and trackers.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
