🔧 Your Role: Asset Operations Specialist

As an Asset Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solar assets. You will review, assess, and improve processes to maintain the highest standards across our operations.

Your responsibilities include

Reviewing data related to asset refinancing

Conducting remote technical quality assessments of PV systems using installation protocols

Comparing customer documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met

Ensuring all work meets defined quality standards and criteria

Maintaining and improving quality benchmarks for PV systems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes

Documenting and tracking quality checks and findings

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

🎓 What You Bring

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software tools

Strong attention to detail and interest in technical work

A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt

No prior experience required – full training will be provided
