Content Marketing Manager, German-speaking Market

About the Role

Own content marketing for the German-speaking market at a growing AI communications software company. You will shape the brand voice across the customer journey and create content that helps businesses understand and trust AI-powered communication tools.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market.

Manage website and landing page copy, and write conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels.

Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social platforms.

Build organic content strategies across social platforms and collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers.

Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to improve messaging.

Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.

Native German proficiency with excellent German marketing writing skills, plus fluent English.

Experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.

Experience with A/B testing, social content strategy, and scripting ads for YouTube and paid social.

Experience collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers, and contributing to product positioning or go-to-market messaging.

Experience with AI products, voice technology, user research, or SEO is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €65,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
